Dormitory Style Accommodation
At Teen Ranch, we offer comfortable, affordable dormitory-style accommodation on the beautiful Lower South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.
Our accommodation is ideally suited to school groups, church groups, families, youth organisations and corporate groups looking for a relaxed, safe and affordable place to stay.
With accommodation for up to 150 people, Teen Ranch is well equipped to accommodate large groups under one roof, making it an ideal choice.
Our accommodation consists of comfortable dormitory bunk bed sleeping quarters.
The simple dormitory-style layout encourages a friendly, communal atmosphere while providing groups with a comfortable base from which to enjoy everything Teen Ranch has to offer.

Leadership/Teacher Accommodation
Teen Ranch provides comfortable, dedicated accommodation for teachers, group leaders and organisers, giving those responsible for each group a little extra privacy and space to relax after a busy day.
We have four leaders’ rooms, each furnished with two single beds, providing accommodation for up to 8 leaders. The leaders’ rooms are located separately from the main group accommodation and have their own ablution facilities, offering added comfort, privacy and convenience.
For groups choosing our fully catered package, we provide bedding and tea trays in the leaders’ rooms as part of the package. Groups choosing the self-catering option will need to bring their own bedding.
With a peaceful farm setting and separate leaders’ accommodation, Teen Ranch makes it easy for teachers and leaders to relax, recharge and remain close to their groups throughout their stay.

We offer the following for our fully catered and self-catered youth accommodation.
- Comfortable bunkbed dormitory youth accommodation with showers and ablutions.
- Well fitted kitchens with pot and pans.
- Stove, fridge and deepfreeze for self-catering groups.
- Use of dining hall for self-catered and fully catered groups
- Large outdoor activity area, ideal for games, team-building activities, recreation
- Meeting room and barn for larger groups.
- Braai facilities - self-catering (bring own wood/charcoal)
- Swimming pool for cooling off. Leadership must be present.
- Volleyball and soccer field
- Tuck shop offering convenient snacks, drinks and treats
What to bring
- Pillow, sleeping bag, blanket, bedding is needed for all accommodation
- If fully-catred, we supply bedding for the 4 leadershop rooms
- Torch
- Cosume & towels
- Plate, mug, bowl & cutlery
- Sport equipment, soccer ball etc.
- Food & catering supplies for selfcatering groups.
- Tracksuit, jeans, takkies & old clothes for activities.
- Extension cords (for churches bringing worship equipment/ laptops etc.)
What to Eat
Breakfasts
Porridge, cereals, home-made muffins, sausage, savory mince, fried eggs & potato chips. There is always toast, jam and peanut butter with every breakfast.
Lunches
Burgers, chips, home-made burger sauces, hot dogs and onions, boerwors rolls and freshly filled rolls, fruit and bananas.
Suppers
Our home-made KFC style chicken and chips, fresh pastas & hearty stews. Desserts include ice-cream, chocolate sauce and malva pudding.
All menus can be discussed upon booking and we are happy to accommodate any group changes that you are wishing to make.
There may be additional charges to changes due to food costs.
