Teen Ranch gives learners the opportunity to step outside the classroom and learn through adventure, teamwork, challenge and shared experiences. Our 47-hectare outdoor environment provides the perfect setting for school camps, leadership development, team-building and personal growth.
Through a range of outdoor activities and group challenges, learners are encouraged to work together, build confidence, discover their strengths and develop valuable life skills – all while having plenty of fun.
It’s an experience that combines learning and adventure, creating lasting memories and lessons that stay with learners long after they return home.
Church & Youth Groups

Fully Facilitated Team Building
Teen Ranch offers fully facilitated Team building programs to suit your needs. Age and grade specific our programs are run by our team of facilitators. From arrival your group will be divided into teams & will be led through a selection of unique, innovative & interactive teambuilding activities for the duration of your stay with us. The Teen Ranch Obstacle Course is included in the fully facilitated program combining physical skills alongside more mental challenges, with full team participation required, everyone gets the chance to contribute.
Our program includes a range of field games where each group compete against each other. The variety of games include; Knock out, Professor, Pipeline, Magic carpet, crocodile creek, survivor challenge, tangram, giant Jenga, word games, fishing expedition & archery, among others.
Learners are challenged in a wide range of mental & physical games & activities, where working together, they form new relationships, create a team spirit with their peers, and have fun in a safe environment outdoors.
Teen Ranch provides the perfect venue for your group to work together. Add any additional Teen Ranch activity, such as the gorge hike, zip line or paintball to this package & custom make the excursion that meets your groups’ needs.
Our team of facilitators work until 9pm each evening, ending each day around the campfire.
The final evening includes a concert where each team performs for the rest of the group.
